CSS (Cascading Style Sheets)

Short for Cascading Style Sheets, a file or a form that allows designers to format HTML documents and to design the website/page’s layout. With CSS the designers have more control over the website’s different elements display. One of the CSS advantages is that most of the website’s elements can be changed by editing only the CSS file.
